In 1997 I graduated from the Ontario College of Art and Design (OCAD) with a Diploma in Communication and Design, specializing in illustration. In 2000 I landed my first regular gig with Total Eclipse Productions, designing and drawing sets, characters and costumes for short & feature film projects. I’ve also worked for Infield Marketing Group as a concept artist for live events, and was the Drawing and Painting Program Facilitator at Sketch, which creates opportunities for street-involved and homeless youth.
Since 2006 I have worked as a animator and graphic artist for Corus Television.
Alone and as part of a team, I’ve been an animator on projects for clients such as Parmalat, Hilroy, Scotiabank, Fisher-Price, W Network, Neimkamper, Kool-Aid, Matel, Kraft, and Manulife Financial. I recently provided animation for This Week On Movies, a weekly web show for iTunes, starring Richard Crouse.
My illustrations have been featured in such publications as Broken Pencil and Peace Magazine.
As a painter I have had numerous private commissions, and have shown widely, both solo and with other artists.
